I have never signed up TV licence

Good day I am suprised to find that I have a TV license account opened in my name I have no account number for TV license and I have no memory of ever signing for TV license , neither do I have a TV but I have now been told that I owe R3002 for TV license and its on a home address which I moved from 20 years + ago and there are other people living in that property , I am disturbed by this as I work for a bank and anythihng that reflects bad on my name I can lose my JOB for , I sent an email to SABC tv licence to query this , the email has been read but no response , I feel like crying how can anyone open a TV licence on my name without my consent, please help me get this sorted out as I dont know what to do.
