I have been handed over to debt collectors

i bought my tv when i was still staying with my ex husband _ i used our tv license to purchase the tv _ from last week i have been receiving the sms that i owe R2775.

i have been explaining one thing over the past 10 years they only come this year and telling me i owe so much money _ ripping the poor people money.
