I don't know what else to do except contact you!

I got divorced in 2009. I renewed my tv licence in 2010 and had a tv licence valid till Feb 2011. In 2010 I moved and gave my tv to my daughter. She moved and her room mate had a tv and she had no use or space for it, the result being that she drove around with the tv on the back seat of her car, until she eventually got it sold. I have not bought a television since then. I stayed with my mom who has her own television, and other people that I was lodging with that had their own television. I was asked by the SABC to get an affidavit re the above which I did and sent it to them. On the 16th November 2014 at 12h05 I spoke with their attorneys. The lady's name is Francina and her phone no is ***. I explained the above to her and she said that she sees that there is a signed affidavit from me on the system. I took that to be the end of the matter, however the amount owing to the SABC is still not a zero balance. I would like a letter from the SABC stating that I do not owe them any money. I have sent an e-mail to the SABC at least 3 times to [Email Removed] after I don't know how many calls to them. I seem to have hit a brick wall with no reply from them. Can you help me?
