I DID PAY MY TV LICENCE BUT I KEEP ON GETTING FINAL PAYMENT NOTICE EMAILS!!!

Good day Mr / Mrs TV License, Every year I get an email or sms that remind me to pay my TV License and also what the amount is. This year (2017) I did not receive ANY NOTICE FROM YOU. I saved all the details I need (Reference numbers included) on my beneficiary list 6 years ago. I've paid the outstanding amount every year on that specific beneficiary and had no trouble since now 2017.

I paid an amount of R270 on the 20th of July 2017. I've send proof of payment numerous times to ********** I phoned the contact center on ********** , with no help until now.

How many times do I have to forward my proof of payment or phone for assistance? This is pathetic service, oh wait.. there is no service.

If I get ANOTHER notice email or sms from you again, YOU WILL HEAR FROM MY ATTORNEY FOR HARASSMENT AND FALSE ACCUSATION of not paying my TV LICENCE.
