I am really tired of incompetence

My son had a fully furnished flat in 2010, we did the right thing and bought a TV licence. We were renting the property out fully furnished. One tenant stole various items and left. The police were *********** and did not trace this Russian tenant even though we provided passport details. Among the items ****** was my son's TV. We sent the Avidavit through to SABC TV account department some time in 2010 or 2011. My son was staying with me. He has never again owned a TV. He rented a furnished flat for a while and is now living in England. He has been for almost three years. Yet we are hounded almost three times a week to pay the licence. The account department must have squandered ten times the value of the licence in hounding us. All I ask is that they stop.
