How am I meant to pay!?!?

<p>I have an outstanding amount of R467.00 owed on my TV license that I have been trying to pay. Your website states a credit/debit card card may be used to pay. However the link to proceed with card payment does not work. I tried the SMS line to pay that way and I used 3 different cards and it still would not work?!?!</p> <p>Please don't recommend I put in my banking details and pay that way as I am only willing to pay by card. So please tell me how I can pay by card. I then emailed and got a reply for my ID number and then the reply bounced back. So sent another email with my ID included and got a reply asking for my ID number again?!? and then that reply bounced back too. </p>
