Horrible experience with tv license

Sabc Tv Licence is just ridiculous i recently opened a new tv license in order to purchase a new tv, i made payment the same day 3 weeks later the payment has still not been allocated to my account Which seems like *****! I have made numerous calls with zero help from their consultants i have sent 3 emails with the pop still nothing!!! Terrible service!
