Hold liable for 2 TV licences one customer

I am a valid TV licence holder since +-2002 .My TV licence number is allocated to my id & home address. I have received statements and electronic correspondence from SABC over the years .all with my TV licence number as reference. On the 4th of February I receive a TV licence account with my details but not my licence number. The document is presented as the 18th statement, and that it is for the renewal period 2014 /2015. I immediately respond via email to [Email Removed] This mail is send on the 4th of Feb 2015.I repeat the same action on the 9th and 11th of March. On the 16th of March I phone *** and a call centre operator begins the torture. According to the SABC I bought a television. Did not show proof of my licence because it seems to be practice then a new licence number was allocated to my id number. \Really I responded can you please in tell me where I bought this alleged television. According to the system it seems that it was done at the post office. Then I made the mistake to try and explain.... Why would any person want two TV licences for one household? What year was this licence issued? 2005
