High rates without a proper explanation
i receive a call from SABC about my TV licence and i was informed that am owing the amount of R848. i bought a TV IN 2013 and paid that yearly fee. so 2014 august/september i received another call telling me \Sir you're owing 280/90". 2014 i asked a lady who was asisting"
