Hidden amounts

In 2014 i paid my TV license in 2 instalments and i called the SABC and was given a time to pay the remaining R190 which i did. the agent emphasised that i keep to the agreed payment date of November 15th 2015 to avoid penalties she said, which i did. Now iam informed that i have to pay an additional R71 because that is the charge the SABC levies on account not settled in full in one instalment.<br> the agent never once mentioned this to me and now the \fee"has been added to my account.<br> <br> Regulation 19 of the Broadcasting Act provides the following: \""A holder of a domestic licence is entitled to pay a television licence fee by way of one or more instalments"
