Harrassment by SABC and their debt collectors over an account I did not open!!

I have been receiving numerous calls from the SABC as well as MBD (debt collectors) regarding a TV licence account that was opened in my name without my consent. My husband has a TV licence in our house and I therefore DO NOT NEED ONE! I have sent an affidavit to MBD as well as the SABC probably around 5 times confirming the above. MBD has told me that the account was handed back to the SABC. Now the SABC keeps phoning me (happened again just now) telling me that I owe them money even though I have sent them the affidavit. Can someone please assist in sorting this out. I am pulling my hair out at this stage.
