Harrasment & Payment

<p>First of all, I don't wantch TV at all, the only reason I have a tv is to watch movies from my hard drive. I don't understand why I need to have a TV license, it's like having to pay off the TV every month, but it never stops.</p> <p> </p> <p>2nd of all, they increase my payment every month when I don't pay, but when I phone for banking details to do an EFT payment, a machines talks to me and say they are experience high call volumes and my call can't be answered and the call ends. I work the whole day, I can't drive around to try and pay my TV license, so I want to pay it via EFT because on the website it only allows me to select credit card payment which I don't have.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also tried updating my personal details because those details are so wrong I don't have a clue where they got that, but when I click update, it comes back with a error it couldn't be updated. This whole process has been so frustrating, meanwhile I'm receiving the one sms after the other to pay my llicence, well I will, just answer the phone!!!!</p>
