Harrasment of SABC Tv Licence

I am very very angry SABC Tv Licence os harassing me several time a day. I have paid now more than I should and they continue to phone me. I cannot access my account at all. A company called BDM Credit Solutions phone my dad looking for me and phoning me after working hours. Last week they told me that I have an amount of R176 outstanding which I have paid on the 15th of this month today they phone me to tell me that I now have R266 that is outstanding. It seems that they are billing me at a 100% interest. This is a ****** *******
