Harrasment by SABC and debt collectors

According to the hard hearing debt collectors of SABC, I bought a TV at an unknown shop in Herm****, Western Cape during 2007. I supp**** them with a statement stating that I was living in Pretoria, GP and that I have never bought a TV in my live nor have I ever taken out a TV license.I keep on repeating myself to different call center staff that insist on harrasing me without looking at the facts or listening to me. I have requested proof of the ID that was used to take out the TV licence but according to the dept collectors staff, this is not information that I am entitled to. They are insisting on a payment of R2,658-50 on account number *** Mev Meades.<br> <br> These call center debt collectors are now harassing my sister by phoning her and sending her sms messages.<br> I need this sorted out with immediate effect as harrasing a person and their family is against the POPI act.<br>
