Harrasment by Nudebt Managemt(SABC TV LICENSE)

I Received a call from a lady from SABC in September to remind me to pay my TV licence, which I confirmed that I will pay month end October 2015.<br> <br> On the 30th of October I received two sms from a company called Nudebt Management advising that I qualify for a discount on my Tv licence and the second sms advised that I needed to pay R265 to avoid further actions. As requested I paid that amount.<br> <br> Since I paid that amount I have became a victim of SABC and Nudebt, now they want more money for late payment of my TV licence, I took an initiative a called SABC to find out why I was handed over because I have never received a single notice, letter or an SMS advising that I needed to pay my TV license by April. SABC agent told me its not their Job to inform me when I need to pay. all they want is their money.<br> <br> I am getting endless SMS demanding that I pay my TV licence fees and penalties, and penalties on penalties to the point where I feel harassed by SABC, because no matter how I try to explain that I paid my TV licence, im told to just pay<br> <br> How do I resolve this if anyone wants to listen and investigate. I do not want to receive anything from this nudebt company.
