Harrasment by debt collectors

For the last 6 - 7 years, I have been receiving phone calls from the SABC licensing department to demand payment from my friend to went into a coma in 2006. Somehow the SABC got my number as a contact number for her.<br> <br> She was escorted out of South Africa by a team of medical experts and is in a care facility in the United Kingdom. She is unable to answer phone calls, emails or letters.<br> <br> No matter how many times I explain this to the \debt collectors\", my number is never removed from their system. I am now getting weekly calls, which are extremely upsetting, and the conduct of the callers is a disgrace! Today's called asked why she had not cancelled her television license before leaving the country. What part of the word \"COMA\" is not being understood?<br> <br> Please, remove my number from the system??"
