Harassment - the New SABC TV series in SA

I have reported on harassment by SABC TV License Department and MBD "Attorneys" before. For months now I am being harassed by letters without letterheads, SMS and threats on an escalating "overdue" account and a "settlement" demand. 1. I have publicly declared, on hellopeter.com, that I do not own a TV set at all. In 2009 I wrote to SABC by snail mail that I am not a TV owner. I cannot even, after two relocations and cleaning out, find any of the old TV license mailings, so I am not sure of my old TV license number. 2. Could it be that MBD bought over the debts from SABC and now harass those people with orderly **** of addresses and contact details while millions in SA own TV sets but have no license? Please, allow me to mention Anna who works in Annlin and Maria who worked in Montanapark. Both have TVs and do not have a TV license. I would pray to ask SABC and MBD to desist, and that they find another method to inspect premises and persecute the relevant people please. In the mean time I will bring this harassment by SABC and MBD, to the attention of the VF+ and of the Justice Project of South Africa. In conclusion, I did phone (011) ********** (MBD) this morning, once again, - but reason does not prevail at all, and incidentally no answer is afforded about millions in SA without TV licenses? (It seems, perhaps, that the big electronic goods shops accept a TV License that resembles a R50 note? Certainly, in this SA economy, a TV License cannot stand in the way of already low sales figures!) May justice prevail all round.
