Harassment from SABC

I have never owned a TV in SA. I never had a licence. Since Late July/early August, out of the blue, the SABC has been harassing me saying I owe licence fees over R6k! For an invoice dating from 2018! Someone can't do maths there. I have sent an affidavit to them and rep**** to an email from a very *********** staff member. more than once. They can't provide proof of where I bought this alleged TV and licence. They can't show me any signed document. Nothing. I have had enough of being harassed out of the blue. They are also mailing to my private email which only came into existence while I lived abroad so how they got it, I do not know. This is ******* now due the POPI Act. I will not pay for something that clearly is not mine. Since returning to SA, I stay with my family and they have the licence for the one TV in the house. So how SABC got on to me, is beyond me. This is victimisation!
