Harassment for payment that has been paid.

I have always paid my tv license and have sent proof of payment every time. This past year, I have been hounded by sabc debt collection agencies for outstanding fees. Despite sending numerous emails with proof of payments, which I've had to pay for at the bank, as they were as far back as 2022, I'm still receiving msgs from yet another collection agent for sabc. Even worse, they've now sent the msg to our son's phone. Sabc has emailed me to say they will reverse all the interest charges, yet I've still received another debt msg via our son's phone. This is despicable behavior. There is absolutely no communication between sabc and these agencies. They just give them a list, without checking for proof of payments, and relentlessly hound and harrass you. If I was guilty of non payment, then sure, pursue me, but I've always paid my tv license.
