Harassment

I have paid my licence fee almost 2 weeks ago by electronic transfer. I have sent proof of payment 3 times , phoned 3 times and still I get 'legal' sms's demanding payment. People answering the phone when you complain just don't care and do not do anything. Not sure why I am complaining , because SABC TV doesn't care about complaints
