Harassment and no service

Poor service, no reply to telephone calls or messages, yet they insist on using a tribe or collection warriors to harass one to pay for a second license for a property where I have a license already. It is all but impossible to talk to anyone, cancel the one or get any assistance.

I wonder why they cant run a business at any sort of prifit?
