Harassment and calling at non business hours

I received a call before 8 on a Saturday morning, the only time I can actually attempt to sleep late. I work Mondays to Fridays, 8-5, which is when I am available. Please refrain from calling me over weekends. Also check the attitude of your agents when they call because when they call they are rude. Especially when I am a bit late with my payment due to unforseen circumstances. You WILL get your money, as arranged. And you will NOT get access to my bank account for debit orders. I am not even interested in you calling me to try and apologize. Just make a note of it on your system and make sure it doesn't happen again, else I WILL be complaining on Hello Peter AGAIN UNTIL you resolved it.
