Handed over to the legal department after not receiving an invoice

I have been handed over to the TV licence legal department for non payment. I have not received an invoice so I didn't even know what the amount was to be paid. The legal department is harrassing me and refusing to leave me alone. I refuse to tolerate this *********** pathetic service any longer. Get your accounts department in order and leave me alone. I would like to give u a 0 for service and a 0 for *********** staff!
