Handed me over to lawyers??

About two years ago I had an issue with SABC regarding my TV license. For some reason I had a tv license in my name, even though I had never purchased a television and taken out a license as it wasn't required. I jumped through all their hoops, even went as far as laying down an oath at the local police station stating that I didnt ever own a television and therefore dont owe them any monies. They even reconciled my and my now husbands accounts which reduced the amount a little. After months of struggles and frustration we agreed to pay them a settlement. We had made the payment and we didnt hear another word from them. <br> <br> A few months later the telephone calls started again. Now two years later they still constantly phone me, I explain my story and they say that they are sorry and cannot help me. So now when they phone I refuse to talk to them. I have tried every avenue, but they just pretend that my agreement with them never happened. I am hoping I can get this off my plate once and for all. <br> <br> If you dont respond.... Well then we know you dont want to sort this out.<br> <br> Thanks<br>
