Had to pay twice for SABC TV Licence

The other day I went to buy a new tv just to found out that I had to pay my tv licence 2x this year before I could buy a tv. We phoned a guy named Leonnard at SABC TV licence that promised a lot of things like seeing where the problem was,phonning me taht same day with answers. Its a week later and I am still waiting for Leonard to call me. I even send him the proof of payment I did 3 months ago for my tv licence. As a honest tv licence payer I feel I got ********** by SABC Tv Licence department. I paid twice after Leonard said he will sort it out and deduct it from next year renewal, it was not done so. The sad part is that SABC Tv actually will push people to go the ******* route if they continue this.
