Getting messages Outstanding accounts of a deceased persons account

My mother Mrs AC Grobler has been deceased for the past 5 years yet i still receive outstanding TV License messages i have sent through the death certivicate and an avidavid through yet i'm still receiving outstanding account messages Please Note i do not have a TV licence im not planning on getting one as i do not have a tv my Husband has his surname is not Grobler either i'm now turning to the Ombudsman aswell to have this sorted
