Getting harrassed for my dad's TV license cancelled 5 or 6 years ago

I have been getting harrassed about paying a tv license my Dad had years ago. They cancelled everything before they moved to australia. I have also since moved there about 3 years ago along with my brother. My brother has since returned to south africa for work and is now getting smses for my Dads outstanding account (WHICH SHOULD BE CANCELLED). The account number for that account was : ********** 48
