Frustrated - Calls for Gavin Jacobs

Someone by the name of Gavin Jacobs is using my mobile number for all his debt all over the country and I have been getting calls now for a number of years for this man who is incurring debt where ever he goes. SABC being just one of many. They continue to call and send me sms's and I have spoken to them so many times and told them that this man is using my number and every time they promise faithfully that they will delete my number from their database but withing days I am receiving these sms's and calls again. Sometimes more than once on a single day. SABC if you continue to call my number for this person after I have asked you so many times to stop, then I will also stop paying my tv licence !!! .....grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
