Frustated

<p>Good evening</p> <p>On the 5th of August 2016, I received an sms from SABC stating that my TV licence is due on the 31st of August 2016 and I have to pay R265 as my legal obligation. Since I don't have a TV and I have never had a tv licence before, I decided to call them to let them know that I have been a victim of impersonation before and the tv licence they are talking about is **********. They asked me to send them a letter from Southern African ***** prevention services together with two afidavit (once for previous de*****ing and another one stating that I want the cancellation of the licence I don't even know). On the 6th of August, I sent them all the documents they requested and also followed up with a call after two working days to find out if they received the documents of which they acknowledged the receipt of those documents and they told me they will help cancel the ********** licence.</p> <p>Today on the 19th of August 2016, I received an email from Kagiso Mdhluli from Sabc tv licence</p> <p> stating that he won't cancel the ********** tv licence because I did not send them a letter from Home affairs. As far as I am concerned I sent them all the documents they requested and they never told me about a letter from Home affairs. Now, I am wondering if these Sabc guys are working with ********** or not? It is an emotional strain already for me to know that I have a tv licence I never app**** for! Now these Sabc guys are frustrating me even more by showing their incompetence in dealing with ***** cases.</p> <p>Please help I am very frustrated </p> <p>********** TV licence in question: tvlic ********** 12</p>
