Formal Complaint and Request to Cease Harassment Regarding SABC TV License

I am writing to express my deep concern and distress regarding the relentless harassment I have been subjected to by HC Attorneys, purportedly on behalf of the SABC, regarding unpaid TV license fees.

As a law-abiding citizen, I have consistently paid my TV license fees since their inception. However, I lost my job during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2019 due to unforeseen circumstances. Consequently, I was forced to relocate to my son's residence, where I currently reside in a backyard without a television access.

Notwithstanding my changed circumstances, I have been inundated with demands from HC Attorneys for payment of outstanding fees, including interest. When I attempted to explain my situation to one of their consultants, I was met with extreme rudeness and disregard for my plight.

I take umbrage with the consultant's unprofessional conduct and assert that I do not owe any outstanding fees. I request that you intervene to cease all harassment and communication from HC Attorneys.

In light of the traumatic experiences I have endured, including the loss of my wife, a violent home invasion, and the reporting of a ******** case at Mondeo Police Station, I implore you to respect my wish to retire in peace, free from the constant stress and anxiety caused by these unwarranted demands.

I trust you will treat this matter with the urgency and sensitivity it deserves.
