FORCING PENSIONERS TO PAY FULL AMOUNT
My mother has been receiving smses and telephone calls from your agents regarding the payment of her tv licence account.<br> <br> She paid R74 which is paid by pensioners in December 2014. <br> <br> She has been asked to make an affidavit. For what because you have her ID number and you know their ages. <br> <br> Please assist in this regard because this is really unacceptable.
