Find my payment!

Account: ********** 09

Last year I emailed the customer support department about my payments that was not registered. I used the email as the statment provide an email adress. Did not receive any feedback. Send other e-mails with Read notification. The Read notification indicated that these was received and read. Again no responce. Then I receive a SMS demanding for payment. I phone the call center about the SMS. I am told again to send them a proof of payment. BUT the Joke is that I have to contact the call center after 24 to 48 hours as they DO NOT respond on emails. WHY provide an email if you do not respond on it!!!

I send the prove of payment of 2015 and the payment that was made on 28 December 2015. The bank can not provide the POP but indicated that the bank statment is aso proof. I send an email again with thses documents as well as other information. The question asked was.

Explain why the statement on the SABC website is different. Allocated/ find my payment that was made in December 2015.

The consultant indicated that they can not explain these items and can not find the payment but will send this to the fininace department and they will phone back. I phone again and was informed that these documents are not correct and they will not forward the mail to the finince department. The finance department do not contact or communicate with people. This deparment or who every will not answer the questions.

This is a payment that is forward dated for an amount of R270 that is repeating on it's own. Find my payment and correct my account.

Remove your email adress from you accounts and other documents seeing that you do not answer these mails OR put a notice on telling everyone to phone after 24 or 48 hours.
