FINAL NOTICE TO PAY MY TV LICENCE WHICH IS PAID

<br> I received my first post from the TV licence last monthly only reason being the post office was on strike .And paid my TV licence once I received this.<br> Yesterday I got a final notice that despite several reminders I did not pay my TV licence . This was the second notification I received from the TV licence please explain where I got the other 5 reminders .<br> And also please note I was never phone by the TV licence department too please pay for the TV licence .You could have foreseen that late payment will happen in the first place because of the post office strike .<br> Secondly I always get my letters in the post too pay my TV licence but never do I get a letter of form too change my details if they had change like my cell phone number or address ect . Please explain why you don't do this too keep your records up too date ? <br> <br> I will not pay the penalty fee ... It is not my fault I got the post late .And also not my fault the TV licence people don't use common sense too phone clients head of time too make arrangements .Seeing that no one will get there post staments on time . Because of the post office strike .<br>
