Feeling like an ********

Last year November 2017 I have purchased a TV and Paid my Tv Licence (R 450.50 at Hi Fi Corporation. March 2018 ive been harassed from VVM Attorneys that I need to pay my TV Licence. I spoke to a consultant and told her that I have paid my TV Licence and that I want to speak to an manager and she claims that her team leader name is Michael.

So I have sent Michael an email requesting that i have paid my Tv Licence and had forward my proof of payment. Then he escalated my query to another person ( cant remember his name) and he said that I should forward my proof of payment which i did, then he claimed that they investigate this issue.

Until Today VVM Attorney has been harassing me, phoning me day and night regarding my "outstanding payment for TV Licence" ive been sending this Michael emails requesting for his management to get in touch with me but no success.
