Good day<br> I sent an email requesting for a letter to prove that I have a tv license because I want to buy a new tv but my email went unresponded, since march until today I have been calling and everytime I'm being told that they will request for the letter to be emailed. This is really frustrating as I have ran out of options. My tv license is up to date but you guys are failing me
