Failure to acknowledge customer rights
TV licence department is refusing to allow me to cancel my TV licence as I do not own a TV anymore. I have written a letter requesting cancellation because as a devout Christian I am unable to fill in an affidavit which asks me to swear an oath. Swearing oaths leads to condemnation in my religion.<br> SABC refuses to respect my religion and instead has threatened me with debt collection if I do not pay. This is unacceptable.
