Extremely bad service

Good day <br> <br> I have contacted Tv license to cancel my doc as i have sold the item and no longer have a tv as i will be travelling as well. I was asked to get a affidavit with the new buyers details - this was 1st July, yet i kept getting legal sms's. I keep contacting you guys and the staff are rude, unhelpful and sarcastic. I was only advised today that i didnt insert a address. I mean really now. You will cause good people's name to go down the drain.<br> <br> My license number *** and the new person is *** io have recent the affidavit called over a hundred times why cant use just cancel the document. I have escalated this to the OMbudsman and will call *** to advise the poor service. I will go to the Newspapers really. This is no Joke - your staff are rude an make a person's life *******ed.
