I continuously get SMS&rsquo;s from them claiming that my alleged TV licence is overdue and I must pay. They supply neither a phone number nor email address nor postal address in which to contact them. The web site is registered in USA. The site is branded with the SABC logo, but the SABC site makes no mention of them on their site. I have not had a TV licence since 1993 which was cancelled as I moved abroad. At that time I had no cell phone.</span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
