exposed to strangers

I have discovered that my information is shared with other people without my concern. My account number has been shared with other people. I don't get any correspondence regarding my account status, instead all this is sent to other people. I called SABC and I was not assisted. I feel not safe . My particulars that were supposed to have been kept by SABC TV license have been given to other people. Their call centre uses unfriendly staff members who are unable to communicate professionally with frustrated clients.
