EXELLENT SERVICE

After a fight with SABC that continued for years, and lots of mis communication between myself and Sabc, my6 year old complaint is finally resolved thanks to MR Phillip Mahlangu, who referred me to mr Odirile Moeketsi, and who gave my case to Rudy Swartz.i want to thank all three of these people who were very efficient and professional in dealing with my complaint, and who solved my problem quickly and painlessly, after the big mess up with SABC call centre, and the unprofessional manner my complaint has been dealt with by them.<br> These three people are truly special, they go above and beyond, and they embody what customer service is truly about.I want to send a heartfelt THANK YOU to all three of you, its really appreciated, and my faith in humainity is restored because of these three Gentemen.<br> Please dont ever change, and please dont ever lose that professional and efficient manner with which you handle queries.<br> <br> thank you from the bottom of my heart, I hope the SABC appreciates you!!!
