Excessive billing amount

Good day SABC... This year i was owing 400 for my TV licence but the bill has went up to R766 and i don't understand how and why. I spoke to one of the agents in July and i specifically told them that i dont have the TV anymore, I don't have a problem with the R400 that was initially due but my biggest problem is the R766. My mom has made several payments of R100 and this amount due doesn't make sense..<br> Kindly review this amount because we are trying to be good citizens by doing the right thing and paying our TV licence, but this day light ******* we will not accept.<br>
