Exasperated customer
I am fed up off trying to sort out the accounts with TV licencing. I have been trying and sending message since 2012 =to no avail. I have even communicated with Leonard Baicks email address: ********** from SABC tv licencing who indicated would assist in February 2017 but to date I have not received any resolution to my problem. Today I have received another sms , that I have an outstanding amount and the VVM Attorneys have taken my case on board. I have been in communication with VVM Attorneys on several occasions over the years and still my issue has not been resolved.
Email communication over the years below: Please take note that the bank the the transfer was made from was Standard Bank Lesotho account number ********** 6301 and branch code is 062967. Inversly it might have been made from My savings account which has the same numbers as my current.

To whom it may concern, I an totally put out by the e-mail below because I have paid the SABC TC licences in March. I forwarded you the attachment showing that on March 5th 2012 an EFT was made inorder to pay for that. At this stage I believe I too will need to get my lawers advise on the legal position I should taken since I believe that this is a form of harra*****t at the fact that you have not taken any action to correct this situation despite the e-mail I sent showing that payment has been made. I have again enclosed the previous e-amils below for your consumption.
