Esmarelda

I received a VERY rude phone call from Esmarelda regarding my outstanding TV licence. She told me that should I not pay the outstanding amount, a warrant will be put out for my arrest. I tried to explain to her that I am unemployed and unable to find a job, to which she responded, "that is not my problem, I have lost my job many times and I always find another one". I am utterly disgusted with this kind of behavior from your call center. I trust someone will call me back.
