DSTV MULTICHOICE TERRIBLE SERVICE

DSTV I Accepted a dstv salesman's offer of an upgrade to an ultra decoder with installation. They sent me a message to say the decoder had been installed and my subscription had to changed to reflect this. My decoder has not been installed Spent frustrating hours on their chat help line and they would escalate the query - Twice. They then said the installer would be here today. Of course he did not arrive - he was 290km away!! I have them the name of an installer in Knysna but they didn't match their pricelock. Really - so you get an installer to travel 290km who is the cheapest. Still no decoder.
