Dr Zweli Ngcangcela (***)

SABC alleged my TV licence is in arrears, and disputed so many times. I even provided the with proof of payment. But the have chosen to ignore it. Now they want me to provide them with the beneficiary statement. How is that even possible, because they are my beneficiary.
