Don't live in country, stop harassing me for TV licence

I dont live in South Africa for nearly 3 years as I have emigrated. I informed SABC that I left country. But I have lawyer send me email demanding payment and various emails. This is becoming really pathetic. What do they not understand when you say you have left the country. I have now handed this over to my lawyer when I lived in South Africa to deal with this issue.
