DOES ANYONE STILL WORK THERE?

I left South Africa in 2000 and returned in 2013.

When I left the country in 2000 my sister very kindly informed the SABC and sent them copies of my passport. When I FICA-ed my account in 2014 the SABC started texting me demanding outstanding money dating back to 2000. I now live with my fiance (have done since we returned) and he has a TV Licence so as far as I am concerned considering the SABC was informed repeatedly between 2000 and 2004 by my sister who sent copies of my Passport ect I owe the SABC nothing.

I called to explain the situation and was told I would need to do an affidavit to that effect, I did and posted it in early 2015, then again mid 2015 and the texts stopped but then started again. These documents apparently were never delivered (or were simply not processed and are sitting in a pile somewhere? You decide) so I re-did the whole exercise in December and KEPT COPIES this time. Sent them off and now I am getting text messages to say I have been handed over to MBD - so I emailed the copies ********** No response. As people complaining on this page seem to get responses I thought I would give it a go but the standard email your query ********** is not going to cut it because that has been done.

Calls dont get answered.

Emails dont get rep**** to.

Is there anyone left working at the SABC or did Hlaudi drive everyone away?

The service has been ineffective to say the least and now I will be doing everything in writing via email so I have proof because clearly post gets "lost" ridiculously often.
