Dissapointed with SABC TV Licenses

I am very disappointed regarding the treatment i got from SABC TV licenses, I have been paying my license all my life while i was still employed and now i am a pensioner no longer employed, I paid R74 which is paid by pensioners, they are declining it they demand full amount they threaten me with lawyers. How many people are paying in South Africa only 18% please run after the 82% who are not paying and stop harassing me. According to South African law when you 60yrs ur a pensioner
