DISSAPOINTED

in the month of december i sent numerous emails asking for a statement, and no one rep****. for the month of January i sent email again, and still no feedback. I then decided not to pay cause i know you will call me. eventually someone called me on the 26th, and i told her i 1st want my statement before i make the payment as i'm thinking of settling the amount. she then advsied me that they will sent me the statement. till today i'm still waiting for the statement and no one every called me thereafter asking why i did not pay. CAN I HAVE MY STATEMENT IN ORDER TO PAY. HOW DIFFICULT CAN IT BE TO SENT ME A STATEMENT. account ***
