disgusting treatment

Extremely rude staff . a man by the name of Lwandile spoke to me very rudely on the 14-10-2025 @ approximately 15.15 regarding a msg i recieved for the 1st time in almost 14years . I called back to query and try find out as to why they had no contact but now want to send a ridiculous bill , only to be shouted at and treated very badly by this person. its really unacceptable as i feel nobody should be treated in this manner. and best of all he dosent even know me . they will continue to have difficulty from many of our fellow citizens in resolving their matters if its being handled in that way. really unbelievable.
